There is a shouldering on the My opinion is that I would be better off with the Weisco rather than the shouldered edge

I wonder if the tool actually measures 83mm, or is it slightly smaller than it claims. There is no easy way to solve this problem since the tool did not work as it should have. When I used my tool, the piston got stuck inside the sleeve tool and a ring broke. My coworker has the same tool, and he tried it and it worked fine for him. As well as showing the signs of being jammed, it also shows the signs that it has been damaged. The thickness is 83mm, but I am not sure if it is.
