I ordered this part and got the code for P16CF for rocker arm solenoid. I then cleared the code and the check engine stay off issue was resolved. As for the product itself, it is made in China, which is where everything else is made, which makes a lot of sense.

Care should be taken when torqueing replacement bolts

I fixed the problem, but the replacement bolts were of poor quality and I had to become careful not to overtighten - they may snap if overtightened or I had to reuse the old bolts.
