On my 1989 E 350 class C motorhome, I installed the same bags. The frame already has holes in it, so there's no need to drill anything. For the sole purpose of mounting the air valve on the fiberglass panel behind the tires I used the drill
Yes, I am. You need to put the air bags in very tightly, and the length of the motorhome behind the axle determines the amount of pressure they receive. My 25 foot class C motorhome raises the rear bumper by about two to three inches with 50 psi.
The one that I just installed on my computer is effective
With the kit we have, we need to blow air into it. It comes with a pump in a lot of them.

The process took about four hours. After about 5 hours of work, it was a hassle, mainly because working under a car is hard for people like me who prefer to stand up straight. The rigid suspension on my bus, with dual wheels on the back, has shook my brain back to life after years in an alcohol-induced stupor The author was induced into a Because of the new airbags installed and the smoother ride, I will be able to play dumb again, letting those brain cells rest at ease in comfort.
I had no problem fitting the 96 E350 RV chassis to my vehicle. This product allows the ride height to be restored to 2" of the original. I highly recommend it. The ability to raise a 12000 lb class C motorhome chassis was a little shaky at first, but it worked well. I was amazed at how well the kit fit. In my driveway alone, it took longer than expected. I suppose it would take 2 hours for NASCAR pit crews and lifts, but it took shorter for a NASCAR pit crew and lift. The product is great all around!.
It has finally been time to put the air bags in the bus! Now that I am not riding on the bump stops of the rubber idolaters, the ride quality is so much better. I felt the need to adjust the air pressure on each side, since I was using a wheelchair lift on the left side and my kids were both using This is a great product, pretty simple to install ( on regular van or truck may be easier because of not much space to get underneath LOL). No real issues with these except the bump stops had to come A rubber fuel line was used to keep it from rubbing against the frame as I ran one line through it. Regardless, it is a great product. I'll be checking them out for my F150.
There were just two right side frame mounts on the box, tried getting in touch with Air Lift to get a left side frame mount, but kept getting disconnected, not happy at all.
The parts came in a box without any packing. They were all loose. It does not come with instructions or a parts list. The bags of parts were open in two places.
That's exactly what happened to the lift kit on my RV when it blew up. Then again, I already had them installed. I am too old for that type of thing.
The seats are as pictured in #2,3,4 of the pictures, NOT what the main gallery picture shows, they will NOT work on a rusted 2010 Ford E350 because the axle tube is where the leaf spring plates mount, NOT the axle tube itself. The fact they shipped right-sided brackets, rather than left and right, may have contributed to this.
It is a must have for an older vehicle, or any vehicle in general. It was installed on a Ford E250 van from 2002. Amazing how much difference there is between the two. Thank you for a great product.
