This is by far the best fit of any stock model

While the motor mounts fit very well, as opposed to the factory mounts, the mounts are not stamped left and right like the factory ones. It is best to fit the mounts snug, but a little loose, to the block and then lower the mount into the K member holes one by one. You will need to remove the oil filter and swing the smog pump out of the way on the passenger side. You won't be able to mount a motor on the wrong side of these mounts due to the orientation bumps. The ones on this 1987 Mercury Capri 5 were installed in 1986. The factory block and member K make up 0 with these modifications.

A similar set of these is installed in my 1995 Ford Mustang GT. This is the only HO that I really like because it comes as a set and fits When you see how beefy these mounts are, you'll definitely want to spend the extra cash on them.
