Questions & Answers
I had my doubts as well, but when the package arrived, they were exactly what I had been looking for.
If you do not receive the ARP fastener assembly lubrication on the backside of the package, there should be an instruction paper on there telling you what torque to apply to those rod bolts. When tightening rod bolts, ARP suggests using the stretch method. Stretch the bolts using a stretch gauge, or torque them to 45 ft lbs using arps ultra torque fastener assembly and lubrication if you don't have a stretch gauge.
You'll need to adjust the size of your rids.

I bought these not realizing I'd need to have my rods machined, so I just used factory. Like all arp products, I'm sure they're the best of the best, but I'm running 500 hp and they weren't necessary on a mild 6.
I was unsure if these were the fake arp bolts when I ordered them. They have all of the stamping and the dimple on the end of the bolt, as well as the made in the USA stamp on the upper left corner of the package, which proves to me that they are authentic. Tomorrow I'll install them and torque them down, so we'll see how they work.
Genuine ARP rod bolts - what more could you want?.
Good parts at a good price, and I've never seen one of these fail. Before you can break these, the rod will snap in the middle!.
Excellent product; double-check the ARP catalog for part numbers and fitment.
a project with three turbochargers, and a project with three turbocharger In my LM7 5, this is what I used. 3 turbo project went well, and was tightened to 45 pounds as required.
