It is part of ARP's special lineup of accessories for the Z6 block and Y8 head. On their website, copy the kit number and mail it to yourself. When I used the z6 head bolts for my z6/y8 build, I got kicked to the curb.

These were purchased to do a full rebuild on a d16z6 in a 95 Honda Del Sol Si. One or two of the studs would not torque in properly for some reason.
Regardless, these were installed, one stud was helicoiled, and the other pretty much just sat as tight as it would go (still a tad loose), and they seemed to hold up on 20 lbs of boost. Fits perfectly on my JDM D15B, now I just have to see how long it lasts under boost. I trust it will last a long time and I know ARP's.
These are ARP for D16Z6, and they are JDM for.

Thanks so much!.
I had been advised by the TSB to use a metal head gasket from gasket leak failures vs the original graphite however, after installing the metal gasket, I could not use the original head bolts from the engine. The reason for choosing Head Studs over the OEM is that they provide a better seal than OEM parts. I've tested it on the D16A6 and it works perfectly.
