As of yet, I have not used this item, but it appears to be very well constructed, but I am very disappointed in the fact that it does not come with a manual This is the standard plug for the U. S. To put a U in its place, I cut it off. Due to my inability to find an adapter, the plug has an S plug.
I can get it as low as I want but not as low as I want.
I've had one of these on my John Deere 450 dozer for several Cold starts are a thing of the past with its rapid heating of all the cooling components. Currently, I own a Massey 165 tractor, a Case 580L hoe, and a Case 1840 skid steer that are fitted with frost plug heaters. In comparison to this system, it takes three times longer to reach a temperature, and even then it does not heat the system thoroughly. This is the very best improvement I've done to the dozer so far, and I have no complaints whatsoever.
