As far as the manufacturer is concerned, it will not fit. According to the application chart, you will need Zerostart part number 3100029 pointed at 3 o'clock.
There is no problem with it working with the 994 Toyota Corolla
The instructions do not list any Toyotas from 2001 or later. This does not mean it won't fit, just not in the extent of the application
