Questions & Answers

If I need to replace the cord, can I buy just the cord?

Order this cord using Amazon listing ID B07KTBJYDV. It is meant to be used with gas engines, but it works just as well with tractors.

There is an obd1 kubota motor with a clr1843 stamp on the bad block heater of a 2013 bobcat skid loader. I need the part. Are you sure this will work for me?

The part # for this product is LR1843, however the UL # for the manufacturer is LR1843. There is a stamp on all heater models A 3/4" NPT thread is used on this heater. You should purchase this heater if that is what you need. *br> It has a cross-connection. The fitment is not exact according to the reference.

The heater can be plugged into an extension cord, correct?

My Kubota Diesel 14hp tractor comes with one. It is wired to a timer. I use a 50' 12 gauge extension cord for it. As well as the battery blanket heater, the ext cord powers a small extension. So far, this set up has worked without a hitch. The tractor has started every morning since October. It is the tractor 2 that we use Thanks for reading, I hope you found it

Is this part - A Kubota tractor block heater - easy to install?

You can attach a heater to a Kubota 135 engine block by unplugging the plug and twisting it 90 degrees

There might be a need for a bushing on some Kubotas
3/5

My Kubota B3200HSD was powered by a 08 model, and this item worked for it -- It is however necessary to purchase a brass bushing (I bought mine at Home Depot for depending on how thick my tread was and how small the threads on this were. The program seems to be functioning normally other than that. I would have liked the cord to have been a little shorter This is a very long article. There is only about 12" of cord to tie together, but I guess that is what zip ties are The engine has remained warm for the past couple of days due to it. There is only a tiny amount of smoke when the unit is powered up. I only plug it in for about an hour to warm the engine before running it.

An example of model L3901 is shown below
3/5

There is a newer L3901 in my possession. Nevertheless, the block heater will work just fine, but you will need a bushing that will line and fit one of the freeze plugs (so you will remove the plug first), and the bushing will screw into the plug. As well as some high-temperature loctite, the bushing needs to be secured. If you are interested in purchasing a Kubota, be sure to speak to your local Kubota dealer as they can provide you with written instructions. As a result, I gave it a rating of 3 stars because it doesn't really do what it's supposed to.

The Kubota BX2200 can be fitted with a bushing to make it work
5/5

I found that it worked well for my Kubota BX2200, but you'll have to buy a bushing (1"ODx3/4"ID) to use it. The one I have cost approximately $15 at Home Depot. It costs $9. 00.

This is a Kubota block heater model B6200
5/5

As far as I can tell, the block heater is working well to allow this diesel to run in temperatures as low as 10 degrees. There was only one issue at installation, which was to locate a fitting that matched the threads of the blocks. The rest of the installation procedure is fairly straightforward.

In cold weather, this is a necessity to extend the life of your Kabota tractor
5/5

Since I have the 7040 M series Kabota, I needed to buy a 1x3/4 galvanized hex bushing to fit between the heater and the head. But once it fitted perfectly, I could work on the machine. I used between 1 and 2 A total of 112 gallons of antifreeze were used during the The heater is much easier to start, and I hear and see a significant difference in that aspect. Currently, I am a resident of NW Arkansas.

It is the adapter I needed for my Kabota, but it appears to be of good quality - It's a hit.

I would like to buy this again, but my L3301 won't work with it
4/5

My L3301 won't work with that. It might be okay for some Kubotas, but not mine. There's no reason why I can figure out, nor how it fit my life.
