For a 2008 Focus, you need a 4Seasons #44061
No engine is required to install this. This can be fitted to a 2007 Focus.
The answer is yes. The evaporator wrap around the evaporator needs to be provided by you. One of the factory ones has a wrap, but it can be a bit difficult to peel off.

For a 2007 Focus, the hole size is the wrong size.
As good as the original in terms of fit and functionality. There has never been a time when my air conditioner has been It does not come with foam to block leakage around the core, so that is the only drawback. An outing to your local hardware store is necessary.
The clothing was comfortable and fit well. The Focus of my brother came with it. This is a much cheaper alternative than buying it directly from Ford. They only sell it with the Evaporator Case. The installation process takes a little care so that the old case does not get damaged but works as expected.
A good fit and a good product. I do not have anything else to add.
I bought this for much cheaper than the auto parts store even though it was a bit hard to install (take out entire dash), but otherwise it worked great.
