Although I am not sure about the pads on the Kodiak, all the other parts are made in the United States. There is a good quality in the pads and backing of the pillow.

The pads are easy to install and have a great feel. It is hard to believe that the company does not use these pads at the factory. It is just a no brainer to spend a few dollars more on these pads than the regular steel pads that came with my trailer. Through Amazon, you can get this product at a great price. So that I have spare double braked axles, I ordered double braked axles for my single braked double axle trailer.
On my boat trailer, brakes get wet a lot since they are immersed in salt water. It is much more appealing to use stainless steel.
