It is a standard, Chinese-made electric brake. This is a good product at the best price I could find online. They were exactly the same as those that came on my enclosed 8x21 Long years of hauling at maximum capacity were spent by that truck. After reviewing the product, now we will review the packaging. This is a poor job. All the items are protected by a box and a piece of flat cardboard between them (stacked). It is a bit heavy to handle 4 complete brake assemblies. As far as handling goes, I realize that the shipping company gets blamed. In this case, one assembly would have had to be returned by the buyer if he or she did not This had a few problems, including the arm that holds the magnet sticking straight out, the magnet had a nice gouge in it that had to be filed down, the shoe on the end was bent and the pad was broken. Two of the studs on the damaged item were not visible inside the box, and the damaged item had a large hole in it. It was my old brakes that I used for studs. The seller was offering free shipping, so I chose to buy from them. While I saved 15 bucks compared to my usual trailer parts supplier (who happens to begin with an E as well) you know the old saying "you get what you pay for. ". Exactly as advertised, I received my backing plates very quickly. In order for us to give three stars, we must consider On the studs that attach the backing plates to the spindles, there are no additional fasteners (nuts) provided. Having to use the old nuts was no problem, since the threads were the same. It did not appear that all the new studs had been installed in two of the backing plates. On one backing plate, two holes were missing and on the other, one hole was missing. It is definitely a Quality issue in the final inspection, because it is evident that there are missing studs, and any person packing them for shipment would be able to spot this However, other than that, the items seem to be fine. We will know for sure after the reassembly process has been completed, the brake adjustment has been performed, and the road test is completed. Getting the order to me so quickly was very helpful.
Thanks to my expertise in rebuilding and old parts, I was able to use some of them. A full-time RVer family, we are on the road nearly year-round. It is likely that a better box or a thicker one would have achieved the same result and could have saved the life of another woman. I can also just buy pads from the store, but how are they meant.
It was a great way to replace my trailer's brakes on a budget. It cost me little more than new brake shoes, and I also got a new backing plate, wiring, magnets, and There wasn't any 7/16 nuts for the new studs that mount the backing plates to the axles, I think it would have been nice to have them.

I find them to be effective. A lock nut is used to hold the trailer brakes onto a idler axle if you plan on mounting them. It has a fine thread of 7/16. There are four brakes per wheel. It would be ideal if those components were included in the kit.
