Despite its thickness, it is somewhat brittle Generally, rigid plastic is used. Imagine an object that is three times the thickness of a 2-inch It comes in a one litre Material of a similar nature.
The offset is the problem. There is an angle at the front inlet, perpendicular to the edge at the outlet. As I used them on the front of a curved mustang bumper, they faced each other, so as they faced each other, they finished back to front

In addition, the material is strong enough to resist drilling and riveting, bending to fit curved panels, and handle pressure from the I would give this a good rating, but it lacks a raised lip where the hose attaches, so it could slip off. The outlet OD is just over 2. 5 inches. You should use 75 inches instead of 3 inches.
I probably should have bought a teardrop shape, but I was able to use the rectangular ones instead. You should always be careful when you use a heatgun to form them. After they have been formed, you should use cold water to keep them in place. As soon as you stop them from being bent, they just try to go back to their original shape. Took it off my track car to mount brake hoses, and it turned out to be the perfect solution. The track day tire is easy to fabricate or trim to fit and has held up well during multiple races.
When trimmed, the bumper of the Integra fits better. This completes my duct system from the cold air inlet to the factory air intake.
It worked well. I used this for my custom air ram set-up in my air box and it worked perfectly. I am able to trim the abs plastic to my needs with a blade, and the material is tough and durable. It was then mounted behind the bumper with a little trimming. A very practical air ram that can solve a lot of custom job problems.
This is a cool looking and functional device.
