The stainless steel lines and Hydra-mat were added to the system I need my brakes to operate better on my rig by using the cast-iron MC#8114 from Tech. This brake hose has made the pedal feel a lot firmer. The rig stops faster and harder the harder you press the brake pedal, so it feels like you can brake with greater control. The fluid was flushed through 4 valves - We need to take a look at A complete blood loss had occurred throughout the system. One thing to note, is the rear line is just a little short. We have a long skyjacker individual line you can order, or you can use the 4 inch rear SS Russell line from the body of a 4 inch SS brake hose. Since the rig came with smaller 245's R16 tires, and I wanted to be sure on the rear hose travel length, I ordered both Russell SS brake hose kits. This should be fine for my rig.

For a 1997 K1500/2500, this is far too short.

Although the front hoses appear to be a bit long, it seems very good quality. The inside diameter of the stock size tire is near the inside diameter of the wheel but is still not touching it.

However, since the rear hose is shorter than the factory hose, Russell high quality is not that surprising. If the rearend is at its full down position, this has an adverse effect (without first modifying the factory mounting).

This product is very good. It's a neat idea to put these lines on everything I've got.

I had to repair hoses that were too short. As a whole, they look like a good quality product.

I like the deal.
