You provided a picture in the description, which was much appreciated. In order to connect a 3/8 male power steering hose to a 3/8 male power steering pump, I needed to use 3/8 male power steering hoses. It was great to see the inverted flare in the picture. On both sides of the SAE flare seat union, the union looks like a volcano. There are five threads in a three-eighths fitting It is not unknown to find other unions with similar descriptions and generic pictures. There is one DIN flare seat that looks like a funnel on both sides, however. My application cannot be used with those.
The only reason I could have given this item a one star rating was because I knew when I ordered that I was taking a chance on what I would receive. the seller did not state what the thread count was at all in the listing for this union. When ordering this part, it is essential that you have this crucial information. This listing is not actually incorrect, but rather If they don't provide further explanation of "1/4", it has no meaning. Are those the brake lines that fit that size? Do you know if that's part of the thread count data? What does it describe about them, or is it something else? One day, they will probably notice that nobody is ordering this part. Maybe at that point, they'll figure it out. My only reason for ordering it was that I wanted to make sure I had a variety of fittings to finish my brake system replacement entirely. I was able to get away without having to use It is not worth it to send them back for a part of this cost due to shipping costs.
The perfect solution for my problem.
A straight bulk fuel line from the local autoparts store was not long enough to reach the carburetor. The fuel had to be transferred from tank to tank, so I had to connect three fuel lines.
Great quality and a good price. I'm very pleased with these fittings and they're up to par with my expectations. SRE is one of those big catalog retailers I prefer not to buy from here. My experience here is far better than at other places and I am more likely to receive a the right.
The are not the same as. It is misleading to describe this as such. There are no inverted flare fittings that are 3/8" in diameter The children are about 5/8-inch tall This fitting is made for 3/8" lines. There is no mention anywhere in the description of 5/8" lines The number of threads is 18.
The product is well.
