I ordered this part for my 2001 Ford F150 on June 1, 20 and received excellent customer service

It doesn't have any tow hooks or fog lights, and I didn't want to mess up the standard valence by cutting out ugly cutouts. The part arrived on June 5th, 20. Upon closer inspection, I discovered several scratches and gouges on the front of the part, which were determined to be caused by the staples used to secure the shipping box's bottom. Some of the staple ends were sticking up by at least a 25 to 30 degree angle, indicating that they had not been completely bent flat. After contacting the seller, I received a replacement within a few days. It arrived on June 17th, 20. The part was found to be free of scratches, gouges, scuffs, and scrapes upon inspection. Even though the original was delivered unblemished, the replacement was overall better looking than the original. br>Customer service was excellent, quick to respond to the problem, and a pleasure to work with. br>When I finish installing the valence, I'll update this review.
