This product is made in the United States! Exactly what I was looking for to replace my 1978 Jeep CJ5. The battery can be replaced without too much difficulty, but be prepared for this. In order to remove the steering column, you will need special tools. It is necessary to use a steering wheel puller and a locking plate removal tool to remove the locking plate.
