I was able to use this with a 2006 Chevrolet The switch allows you to adjust the power mirror's direction and controls the power mirror or the side mirrors, four window switches, the door lock and the child door lock.
The mirrors do not fold in on this kit, but it does fit the 2004 Yukon.

Upon arrival, it was in great shape, and it worked perfectly. After installing, I realized that I had a bad window motor on the passenger side, but I couldn't confirm that with the old controller. The one I tested worked and I was able to detect the failure instantly once it was connected. As well as shipping much faster than it stated on Amazon, I appreciated that.
Everything seems to have worked fine until I plugged it into a 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD and now the ACCORDION mirrors don't work. Although this feature on the GMC was great for when towing something wide, it would be more costly to take the door apart again. That way, if I rarely used that feature, it didn't make sense to return the switch and door. There should be a note in the listing about this!.
It took me a while to get a new window switch and lock switch for my 03 Silverado 3500 until the lock switch gave out. My windows were functioning better instantly and my locks were functioning effectively after I purchased this switch unit.
I was looking for a way to mount this to my 2006 Silverado in the underside of the door panel that can only be reached if you remove the door panel. You shouldn't attempt to pry the switch panel off from the top in order to avoid breaking the tab.
Overall, I liked this as a relatively plug and play solution however, I lost the ability to fold both mirrors in with the mirror button, as I had in my 2004 Escalade. The rest is a good price for the product.
This is an extremely easy to install program. I was able to replace it in less than 10 minutes. Harnesses are unhooked and reconnected, the cover is added, and the job is complete.
This is the third model I have installed. It worked fine after I installed everything, but when I start the car, the drivers side mirror starts moving up or down and out of alignment. The mirror control stops if I push it, but this is very It does it whether I have control on the left or the right side, or if I'm in neutral. So I guess I will have to disconnect the mirror control and remove the switch. In case you're wondering, I live in the florida keys on the water. It is very tough on electronics there.
The money I saved is my own.
