The seller must replace the product as soon as possible. The buttons I bought in November have just been installed, and they appear to function just as they should. There is only one problem one of the indicators does not work, but the buttons do. And there is no way to contact the seller about A replacement button was sent to me by the seller after I reported the malfunctioning button to him. There are five.
This is a good buy for the price, and the illumination is much better than before.
It took only a few days for the item to reach me. There were no signs of wear or tear on the switches. There was good packaging. In the truck's 2005 Hummer, the wiring harnesses within the steering wheel made it impossible to get the old switches off and connect the new ones because there was too little room to do it. As advertised, the switches worked. In the end, I am very pleased with the outcome.
Exactly the same as the original. It is a perfect replacement for the old ones. Make sure you look closely at the housing on the new set so you can see how to remove the old ones without damaging them. If the old ones are difficult to remove, it is only because the wiring in the steering wheel is so short. Give yourself plenty of time to wrangle the new ones in, and be patient. In installation of this type, you're probably the type that enjoys details and the finer things in life. Installing them proved to be challenging, but I am pleased with the end result.
It is a simple installation and all the buttons operate and light up.
The installation is easy and can be done by anyone.
I love how well they work!.
I'm very pleased with them. own a '06 Tahoe with 225,000 miles that is still in good condition. On the steering wheel, I noticed that the backlit controls were starting to fail and wanted to remedy the situation. To replace an engine, car shops wanted $100s. I had to remove/replace each of these myself, and it took me about 10 minutes total. After watching a video or two on YouTube, it is very easy to do.
