Although I am not there to look I believe it is between 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch. In the end, it is as thick as it can be, and as stiff as it can be, so it can be folded.
There is this boat bunk carpet, it's pretty thick, but it's According to the description, 11" wide and 12' long is correct. To be exact, 11" wide and 12' long is correct. (I know you know) the fabric is 5 inch wide
There's a lot of material on the back, so you'll have to stapling it to something. It is evident that a longer grip offers better control. For added protection, use stainless steel staples, or copper as appropriate, if you do not want the metal to rust.
I'm unable to answer your question specifically, but it is 3/16" thick and normal in A thick bath towel was very handy for replacing the material on my boat trailer bunks (like a bath towel). I am very happy with it.

There were 2 of these, and one had a kind of sold backing (I'm not sure what to call In the other one, there was something different, but I still cut it and mounted it to the other bunk board. It was not until I compared the two that I realized the carpet on the other one didn't have the same solid backing. The one that lasts longer will be my choice, so I'll keep an eye on them. We were disappointed in the quality of the items. You should compare and check your item before cutting and installing it so that the defective one can be returned.
Taking care of carpet can be a lot of fun. To build the boat, I glued the main surface, folded the ends and sides tightly, and stapled them tightly to the bottom of the boat with stainless steel The carpet has a good backing, and it looks like it's going to be durable. . Overall, I'm very happy with this product. This is a highly recommended book.
The carpet was not quite as thick as the original carpet on the bunks, but substantial and worked well. The stainless steel staples worked well for attaching it. I had the boat back on the trailer when my son commented that it looked like a professional job had been done. )Repeat buyer, but hope I won't need to replace the bunks again for 10 years The age of 15.
Both boards will not be covered by it, so we will need to order another. This is a nice carpet for the bunk beds. It doesn't cover both boards, but it says it is 12 feet long. I would have given it 5 stars if it had.
The carpet I just installed on my pontoon boat bunk is too short. After jacking up the boat, removing the old carpet, and going to install the new carpet, it was two feet short! After opening the other three rolls, I discovered that each was two feet short - not one inch or two inches, but all four rolls were two feet short! In order to confirm the package, I checked it again. My guess is they measure with 12 ft, 144 inches, but I have no idea how they did it!.
I like the fact that it allows the boat to slide so much more easily than outdoor carpet, and it seems to be of a quality that will last a very long time.
You need to be careful. The four boards we ordered were not 12 feet long, so order extra if you're ordering 12 foot boards. As it was, our boards were 11' 3" and the carpet was short. We were glad we ordered the 12 footers to go with our 8 foot boards or we would have been short. We took the old boards off and cut the new ones all at once, so this was no big deal.
Product that performs the job well, but is not as thick as the original. For the price it delivers a reasonable value.
