Despite the fact that it is beautiful and of great quality, it served its intended purpose well. There is just one problem about three out of four don't have internet access A roll of fabric is folded over on itself approximately 4 feet into the roll. There is a crease left in the fabric that cannot be removed as a result of this process. There is no certainty why this is done, but a cosmetic defect in the product is caused as a result so please However, the product is great as a whole.
I used it for a DIY project where I wanted to delete my rear seats.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the price. *bri>This material is very easy to work with. I was able to cut it easily with junk scissors from the garage, and we used 3M 90 spray for easy adhesion to plywood.
**As the other reviewer mentioned, mine came in a box, fabric was rolled up, but there was some folds which caused creases as you can see in the photo. I am not sure what caused the folds. Unless you are trying to find it, it is hard to notice. Overall, I am very satisfied with the value and quality of the purchase. The only thing I wish was there was another color option to match my blue tone.
Adding a softer touch to a vehicle renovation or conversion can benefit from this carpet. My home is given a warm look by the gray carpet The unbacked construction gives the camper van a clean, professional look, and the fact that it doesn't have a vapor barrier means you can fold it in any direction. Spray adhesive 3M90 is an effective and fast way to attach it to smooth and fast surfaces.
The rear seat remove kit I installed on my Fiat 500 was of great quality and at a great price. To cover the seat foam with this carpet, I used it as an underlayer. On the roll of material there was enough material to do the entire back on my Fiat 500. Had to do it in two A second roll was bought to carve the rear brace bar, and to re-do a section in the back in one piece as opposed to in three pieces. There is no way for anyone to see since I have a rubber mat covering that section, but I know and it bothers The carpet I used for this project still has plenty of life left.
The carpet is covered in piles. My main expectation was to receive carpet, and this item did not disappoint, it should cover my trunk panel floor well. In this roll, the color was consistent, and the material felt durable. As much as I enjoyed the fact that it was packaged, it was packaging in the way that folded half the carpet lengthwise into half and then folded and rolled up, unrolling the carpet had creases in it. After unrolling, the crease is hardly noticeable, hopefully it will disappear over time because it is black, if it were lighter in color, the crease would become much more noticeable.
Having been installed for two months now. Having a convertible in the same color was a perfect match for me. The colour faded after about 20 hours if exposed to sunlight, but remained grey for the rest of the time. describing itself as marine would be resistant to the elements for years and not for a few.
Good stuff without backing though. As its basically as thick as a piece of paper- One side of the felt looks like carpet, and the other is a sided felt but has no backing. I probably would not use it for a carpet. This isn't as thick as it might seem, but it is It was folded and shipped folded, according to other accounts. I received mine rolled up, so there are I ordered one as a sample, and I will be ordering more once I see how it is.
I used this carpet for my speaker box application and it did a great job. There is a lot of weight to the carpet. This carpet is able to conform to the right curves due to its flexibility. This carpet does not have a conventional carpet backing, but it has enough texture to hold up well to a coat of contact cement to affix to my sub box. I ordered a second roll in taupe and I'm much happier with the color coordination.
