July 21-August 21 My black rims are now protected from rim rash with the trim I just applied. The trim went on fairly easily after cleaning the rim edges with rubbing alcohol and water, as each took less than 45 minutes to complete. As it seems to be holding well, we will give it four days to fully cure and adhere before reporting back on the outcome. today, 7/12/21, I drove my car and the front wheel trim completely came off, and the rear wheel trim partially came off. Wheels are not strong enough to hold the adhesive, but it may work effectively as an adhesive on trim inside or outside Today I will return the product.

I have found it to last when properly handled and cared for. The installation is easy and if you make a mistake, you can carefully pull it back to adjust it. As long as you do not put too much pressure on it while you are installing, you will be able to tightly hold it in place.

I found exactly what I was looking for for my 69 Torino. It looked like a side stripe but provided me with the ding I would have preferred 3/8" instead of 1/4", but 3/8" does not seem to be available. I am very happy with the overall result.
