Cowles Body Molding - 2in x 16ft Chrome Molding For Trucks (S38900)

In 2017, I had a full color change wrap put on the exterior of my 2016 Chrysler Town and Country. As a result, my factory chrome molding was snapped in half when this wrap company removed my factory chrome molding to install the wrap. As the paint wrap on my vehicle faded and peeled, I decided to remove it, but my factory chrome molding could not be used again. The price of the MOE chrome molding at my local Chrysler dealer was $800, so I called to order it. As soon as I picked up my Jax off the ground, I realized this was not an option, so I went on the hunt for When I found Cowles Body Molding, 2in chrome, I was very intrigued. Using this product, I was able to replace my factory chrome molding without sacrificing its looks. Due to the thickness of the molding, I did not use a razor blade to cut it, I used a pair of garden shears instead. The product would be highly recommended if you are thinking of getting.

The order for Two-Packs was placed two days ago A 16-foot wide x inch wide stripe was installed on a 1980s Chevrolet Suburban to replace the original stripe. There was one model that had a protective covering over the chrome, and there was another model without it. I developed pre-existing anxiety because of my inability to wear protective covering An unfinished molding has been scratched. The manufacturer, if this is their way of not spending a single penny, has substantially lowered the quality of the product!.

I was extremely happy with the product, but I did have to add to the back some Velcro double sided fix pro mounting tape that I got here on amazon so it would stay on my vehicle in the rain. It is still a good quality product despite the fact that they don't provide a wide enough piece of tape on the back of it to be really secure in very bad weather.

You might be able to. We took a chance by purchasing this, and it turned out to be a bad choice. Several reviewers noted that the molding was scratched and marred where it was rolled up onto Those two lines are apparent all the way down the strip indicating the point at which the molding was in contact with the 3M tape on top of As it stands, I wasn't able to use the molding, but if it didn't have the scuffs, it would have been perfect.

Your vehicles will instantly look classy and appealing when you use Cowles products. These wheels were used on my Ford F150, and now I'm looking at getting ready to sell this Dodge Ram 1500 with them. In my case, it sold quickly and for a reasonable price.

I like the way it looks and it is easy There seems to be a lot of strength in the adhesive. There was only one thing wrong with the chrome itself there wasn't any protective film covering it. When you look closely, you can see numerous small scratches from the packaging rolling up the book.

Every corner of the roll was scratched up, and a lot of marks were on it. We were so disappointed to find out Crome doesn't offer a protective film for such uses.

I've just installed it on my Armada, and it looks amazing. In the case of four doors, the best method would be to start with a strip installed the entire length of the vehicle, and then slowly trim the jambs with a razor knife to make it looks amazing for the price. As far as the tapeing goes, I'm not sure how well it will hold In the absence of a door protector, I would recommend you install this.
