To find out if there is a cross-reference for the original part number, you should then run the cross-reference. You can then get a better idea of which part will fit your Odyssey. It took me a few attempts to figure it out. Neither part has been seen by me to compare it with the other.

Solved the sensor stick problem by simplifying the repair. I removed the rear radio speaker from the left wheel well and got access to remove the damaged sensor and cable. The existing cable was used to connect to the sensor stick and the broken sensor stick could be exchanged without any problems. Please re-read Everything worked once it had been installed.
I am happy that it worked as described and I have now restored function to my drivers side sliding door. By not having to go to a mechanic or vehicle dealership, I saved myself who knows how much money. That's quite another story, though! You'll have to take the car apart to get to the part location and reassemble it afterwards!.
