A V was made, but I had to file it down to make it To determine if the specifications apply to your 2009, you must first check the specifications.
This model is designed for Great Britain. When I did a little research before purchasing this mirror, I learned that my Honda was built in England.

Selected User Reviews For Fit System Driver Side Mirror Glass, Honda CR-V
It is simple to use and continues to perform well months after purchase.
Here are some good things to note It is an excellent mirror for the price that is good quality. At the Honda dealer I would have to pay $40 or more to get a part like this. There are some downsides as well There are no O's involved in this generic fit, as the title implies. In the Amazon "Garage" process, this mirror is offered as part of the fitment for my 2005 Honda CRV (passenger side), which it does, however the (sparse) directions indicate two It might be possible to mount directly on a cracked mirror (which is not common) or to remove the broken mirror completely and mount the bracket to the plastic base within the mirror housing (which is what I suspect most people would have to do, including myself). It turns out that the plastic base within has a 1-inch diameter The O. has a 2mm lip around the edge, and the lip is 2 millimeters wide. Mirror fits EXACTLY (Yeah Honda is that snobby) however, this mirror does not fit within the lip on one side of the molding so the mirror will lift just enough to prevent the double sided tape from adhering properly. To get it to stick to a point where I felt confident that it wouldn't fall off when hitting a rain puddle, I had to use additional glue in several spots. We are crossing our fingers that it will remain there. You should be careful when buying.
The system has been on the car for a couple of weeks now and it has been doing its job well. My mind was blown when I saw how much cheaper this mirror was in comparison to others. Though the original mirror was removed, no damage has been done to the unit itself. It was necessary to replace the mounting plate for the motorized mirror with a replacement mirror with the mounting piece that snaps onto the bracket. Neither the mirror nor the backing have any material. There were two double-sided tapes included in the box Foam tape comes in two sides. It was so cheap that I decided to give it a try rather than have it returned.
Steps for installation This is *br1. It was unscented hand sanitizer that I used for cleaning the mounting plate (it was actually alcohol). It dried, so I put it on the mounting plate with foam tape. The second paragraph. Place the mirror directly in the center and on a level surface as much This was the trickiest part. If you care, you should line it up without touching the sticky pads, but close enough so that when you are done, you can press it against the pads without causing the alignment to shift. 3 *br > It is necessary to press the mirror hard enough to ensure good contact, but not hard enough to break it. For now, hold on to it. This took a while.
One surprising thing was that the adhesive foam tape came with the mounting plate instead of the backing piece. It is my greatest concern that the foam tape will not hold up when it gets cold. As for the thickness of the glass, I do not know how thick it is compared to the factory mirror, so I'm worried it might break or pop off the bracket if or when I try to knock ice off.
As I sat in my car, I noticed the side mirror had fallen off just in time. After 15 years of use, I am pretty confident my mirror will last another 15. I went to my local Honda dealership and auto parts store. The side mirror was not in stock at either company, and it would take at least six days for it to arrive. I'll be driving here in a bit! My CR- is bad, I get that Although V is 15 years old, he seems much older than that. Install was as easy as applying a sticker. I got it from Amazon and received it within 48 hours. Driving is now a MUCH safer experience for me.
bargain, and one that saved me a lot of money compared to the OEM. The edges did not appear to be distorted at all, as other reviews mentioned. There seems to be an issue with that I like the quality of the double-sided tapes that came along with it. The backing plate needed to be cleaned with rubbing alcohol and a rag before I placed it since I wanted it to last a long time. The supplied double stick tape was doubled and I added two additional 1" strips of my own for more uniform support across the width of the mirror and better We keep the cost down on this vehicle by buying deals on parts at garage sales like this and not going to a Honda dealer unless it is absolutely necessary. Our vehicle has over 200,000 miles on it so we save money in any way we can. This product replaced my old OEM mirror glass and I couldn't tell the difference between it and the replacement.
However, the product description states the mirror width to be 7 inches, but in fact it is 15 inches. When the real measurement is 6 inches, it is 15/16 inches (almost 8 inches) It appeared that the description of the product stated the measurement incorrectly since the diagram for the product showed the proportion as being correct for a measurement of 6 inches Despite its somewhat short length, there's still a 16th of an inch gap at the top and bottom of the mirror. It's not a big deal if you don't point it out. As much snow, wind and cold as we have had in a short period to test the adhesive, the mirror has held firmly in place using the tape provided. The interior has even lasted through a car wash without any problems. The very edges of the mirror provide an impression of distorted images in the edge of the mirror, but these images are not distracting from driving and are not a problem when other vehicles in the other lane or other road objects are needed to be visible. I think this is a good deal, both for the price of the product and for the cost of delivery.
I guess this is a common flat mirror similar to what you use around the Having a convex mirror on an automobile provides a better view of the road while driving. Driving with this mirror on the highway can be scary, as you can't see the reflection as clearly as you would with the original.
I had a Honda CRV from 2005.
