Some manufacturers are building the upper mirror convex instead of flat for some reason. Now that I see other reviewers have made similar comments about the passenger side, I would like to point out that I have never seen a convex-shaped main mirror for the driver side. Convex mirrors are often used on passenger side to compensate for blind spots, but this set up has an upper, flat mirror and a lower, convex mirror, which eliminates the need for one of them. Returning this item is the right thing to do.
There is a mirror for Ford transit 2015 that fits correctly and is the right size. Yet it falls out of place when driving and wobbles. When people drive on the interstates at higher speeds, the mirror looks like it might fall This connection needs to be clipped or made snugger. Even so, we found a replacement for the smaller bottom mirror that fits just fine.
Mirrors are sometimes convex, which is fine if you want to enhance the aesthetics of the room. To get the old one out, it took me 5 minutes.
