Turn signals should be added to the 2005 Sierra. Without the mirror signals, these are the results. I was looking for a less expensive replacement mirror, and these were perfect! They both plug into the same outlet and work perfectly.

I had to get a new driver- Because my side mirror was broken while I was parked on the street, I needed to get a new one. Although the quality could be better, I can't complain because of the low price. I didn't notice any distortion in the reflection, which is quite clear. It was also a relatively simple process to set up. My old mirror was simply unbolted after I removed the inner door panel. If you know what you're doing, the whole thing takes less than 5 minutes.
