lol. So it should fit in a two-inch hole, right? Remember to account for the grommet.

These are extremely bright lights. They are simple to install and make a nice addition. br>Because these were going on a utility trailer, I had to purchase a 2 5/8 hole saw to drill the holes. Grease is included with the light wiring terminals to prevent oxidation and poor contact. That's how I feel. The light pucks are well constructed and sealed. This isn't a flimsy piece of paper. br>br>I went with the 8-pack option. There are four red and four amber lights in total.
These lights were used on my flatbed truck as upgraded side markers. When I compared them to the old incandescent lights I had been using, I was blown away by how bright they are. The installation was quick and easy, and the gasket appears to keep the light in place (I'll let you know if this is a problem). The brightness is excellent, and I like how the lights protrude slightly. In my rearview mirror, I can clearly see them, whereas the previous ones were almost flush with the bed. br>br>So far, I really like them, and I'm hoping they'll last!.
They're pre-loaded with die-cut shapes. Grease made of electricity Any reviews claiming otherwise must be comparing them to the sun, because mine are flawless, far brighter than incandescent bulbs.
These clearance markers have a lot of shine to them. They appear to be slightly looser than expected, depending on the material you're installing them to. It's good that they don't come out easily. br>br>The only criticism I have is that the product description does not specify the size of the hole that must be drilled for installation. Make sure you have a 2 3/8" hole saw on hand if you order the 2" variants. Alternatively, if you require one, purchase it at the same time to save time. I cut them out with a Milwaukee 2 3/8" hole saw, and they worked out nicely.
I believe I could have given these two, three, or five stars without hesitation. Would you prefer rubber flanges for the pigtail connections? Is it important that they are waterproof? Time will tell if it is anything like what I would have expected 45 years ago. They do light up, and they'll be a lot better than the ones I replaced, which were easily damaged.
The old lights popped right out, and these popped right in without the need to replace the rubber grommets. Plus, the lights came with a piece of tape over the receptacle that held the grease in place perfectly around the connectors. The wire gauge on the wiring harnesses they came with was a little light, but LED bulbs don't require as much wire as incandescent bulbs do. I'd buy it again if I had to, but let's hope that's a long time from now.
I decided to move them to the tailgate, where they would be high enough to clear the bumper. To ensure a tight fit, I used a small pilot bit, a 2" holesaw, and emery paper wrapped around a socket. This bulb is reversible, which means you can't wire it backwards, which is a huge plus.
My purchase went well. Both the lamp and the wire connector are made of high-quality materials. After a few months of use, there have been no complaints.
