Questions & Answers
There is no gasket, and the wires exit at one end rather than in the middle. Lights that are very appealing.
Yes.
You can check for positive and negative with a multimeter, or you can connect the wires and turn on the lights. If they turn on, secure them to your vehicle with permanent connections. If they don't work, try switching the wires. LED lights only work in one direction, but they are protected so they won't be ruined if you wire them up backwards.

This is a fantastic, bright product that is simple to put together. There are only two things I have to say about it: 1. br>br> THE LIGHTS ARE VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY I only say this as a criticism because some people may not like how bright they are. They're fantastic, and they increase my visibility, which is exactly what I'm looking for. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br Perfectionists will have a difficult time mounting these. The wires are installed in such a way that they do not exit the light from the back. They protrude from the inside corner, and mounting them flush to the body can be difficult. Fortunately for me, I was installing them on an old trailer with a lot of sealant around the housing, so no one would notice the difference. Final thoughts: br>br> Low-cost, bright lights with low power consumption that can be difficult to install if you want them to be perfect.
So I wish I'd known that the wires exit from the bottom of the back rather than the middle, and that there is no channel for them. The wires pass through a hole in my trailer that is aligned with the mounting hole. The wires coming out of the light are compressed between the trailer wall and the light before going through the existing hole because the back is flat. They also have a hole in each side of the light, which I assume is for water to drain but is more likely a nice trap for dirt or a bug's next home.
These aren't a perfect substitute for the bargman. The back wires do not exit through the center. I had to take the whole thing apart and drill a new hole in the middle.
The lights are nice, but they aren't really designed for a camper, which is my only complaint. The original wires pass through a hole in the middle of the wall's mounting area. These lights' wires are in the corner, and there isn't much of a recess for them to lay across the back of the light and sit flat.
I liked how bright it was, and it was a nice upgrade. The colored bulbs and lenses should not be mixed up. br> Only gripe is that it's difficult to put connectors inside the bulb cover when replacing existing wires because bulbs don't come out. Excellent product; I would purchase it again.
Our Haycock 2001 pop-up camper received an upgrade. I am pleased with my purchase. Would purchase again because it is a great value for the money and is simple to install.
This is a great product and a great replacement for my RV's old marker lights.
These were purchased to replace the Bargman lights on my RV, which were nearly all cracked due to the lenses' flat, square design. I bought these because they had a similar surface area (4"L X 2"W) and I wanted to upgrade to LED. I was looking for something similar to these lights. You'll resemble a spaceship speeding down the highway at night. In comparison to incandescent bulbs, they are significantly brighter. These are the steps to take if you want to stand out!.
