I cut almost 6 feet off the entire length. This should be more than enough It would be great to have a longer throw with the light. There is a faint, daylight-bright bubble near the rear, but it goes away very fast. I find it quite a bit brighter than the original reverse lights however, I cannot compare it with the aftermarket housing that With their tiny built-in LED lights, these lights pointed to the rear of the vehicle but did not light up The bubble created by the bumper is nice. I'll probably include some cheap pods for a longer straight throw, but the bubble this one creates is very nice, and it will be ideal for cornering and the camera I intend to install behind it. used to have a 52" light bar on my old trail Jeep for backing down nasty trails, so I'll probably never be truly impressed by anything less than that.

The light is bright, and it is worth the wait. It is a bit expensive, but I think it is worth it based on its ease of installation and sleek look. If it does not work, you can flip the wire 180 degrees (what I did) and it will work if you clamp down the connector clip on the reverse light wires. In my mind, I thought it would be nice to have $100 or more off There are a lot of road lights, but I loved this one because of its simplicity. As I couldn't see on the Ford Sync 2 camera on my driveway backing up, I added this one, basically like in Since I installed LEDs in my reverse lights, I have no more issues with them! I am also using LP VLEDs now. It seems I was wrong all along! I still needed more light in the dark when backing up to a trailer after installing VLED backup bulbs. Because my hitch is very dark and I have very low light angles, I am left with a void caused by the bulbs. The installation was easy, and I'm very pleased with the quality of the light output. That would have been awesome to have purchased from the beginning! Whatever it is made of, I'll opt for it on whatever car I own. Well.

During my testing phase of my 2020 truck, I found that the back up lights (factory LEDs, not changeable) were horrible. There is no doubt that this piece will change the game for the better. There is no more cloud in my vision It is useless to use the included wire taps. The reason I have a drawer full of connectors is because I have a lot of them. The wire harness on my trailer is directly connected to it. I like how bright it is and how unobtrusive it is!.

I was a bit disappointed to find there are no instructions inside the box despite the quick shipping and nice I watched the video on their website and did that, and I shorted out my backup lights as a result. Once that was resolved, I tired again and won again, but they are not very bright, so that is not helpful for backing up. I would not buy this product.
