Neither the grommet nor the light fit tightly in the bracket, and the grommet fits too loosely into the light. A lip or grove on the light, or a groove in the grommet, would help keep the light from falling out. You can expect it to fall out in about a 100% chance. In order to take up some space, I bought some edge trim to put inside the bracket. Grommet and light fit better now - the former is tighter, the latter is looser. I like the way they look - bright and attractive I'm far more satisfied with these than I was in the past. It's been installed on a modified 55 Chevy pickup truck as rear turn signals (along with the original style LED taillights and brake lights). It only seems to me that they have one issue. I do not think the mounting bracket cutouts for the lights are small enough. The result is that they are very loose when mounted, which makes them easy to install. As much as I would like them to fit better in the brackets, they don't quite fit tightly. This is a 5 star rating!.
There should have been a clearance turn and stop but there was only a clearance turn. My project did not allow me to use them.
They were meant to be run signals for my plow truck, but one of them fell out the first night. It is not a good idea.
For my tractor, I used the turn signals as replacements.
It was just last week that I installed the lights, and already I've lost one. As a result, they do not fit tightly into.
