These lamps also have the advantage of being omnidirectional, whereas others' lights square off in a rectangle rather than being curved like this. You will also notice that these are not two. The bulbs are both rated at 2K lumens, even though they are counting the theoretical lumens. One is theoretical and the other is practical. The 3030 is about as good as it gets with current technology in this application out of the gate, as in the real world no where near 1K, but it's still pretty good if you ask me.
