The light was half the price of other lights I've seen online, so I decided to take the chance. It was pretty easy to install, but I wish it came with a signal light harness and Furthermore, it does not include nuts, washers, and bolts that are needed to fit the vent panels to your bike. If you have half a brain, go to a hardware store, and this can be installed in a few minutes. I really like the way the light works throughout All of them. The pros are Speakers do not cause any interference or feedback. *Super Bright
No feedback or interference The cons are There are no instructions to mount the side panels back on the headlight and vent. There is no signal harness with the side panels.
So this is how I feel about this Headlight. As well as the turn signals, I got them wired in. A great price was also included in the purchase. It isn't plug and play, and that's what I didn’t like about it. The wires are attached to the plug according to the orders they go in, but they don't tell you what order they go in. The four primary colors are (black, yellow, white, red). For the turn signals to work, a splice must be made to the turn signal lights. that the new hardware you need to install the vent covers is on hand. Fasteners, washers, and nuts that are longer.
A part of my low beam flickered on and off, which is not uncommon when using the roadglide headlights. I found a similar one at an online bike store for more than twice what it is here and with a complete wiring harness plug and play for the turn signals inside the headlight. In this one, you only get the main headlight plug and a couple wires left on the fender for the turn signals, so you will have to splice into the main signals or build your own harness if you wish to use the in-headlight Making my own extension harness by ordering a harness extension and connecting to it without touching the factory wiring was the solution for me. Here is a quick guide the purple wire runs from the left to the right amber side, and the brown wire runs from the left to the right. Once I got everything wired up and installed, I noticed that the beam was aimed high on my 17 Roadglide Special. It doesn't have any adjustment on the headlight itself, so at home I had to add a couple of 1/4 inch lock washers behind the headlight bracket so it is aimed better than There is much more light coming from this headlight than the stock one and for low beams it seems to be wider.
Bright and good quality was exactly what I needed.
My day maker is brighter than that. The light has not been adjusted at all. It took me a couple washers to get a slight tilt on You may choose to insert brass well nuts, but be careful since the mounts aren't made of steel and will break if you don't use caution.
They are just as reliable, work and install just as well as name brand ones. Simple swap out using a plug and play system. This is a good upgrade that is cheap.
It looks amazing in this It was a little difficult to connect. An example of what worked for me is shown in the picture.
Mounting the light on the wall requires brass bushings. The bushings are missing. Installing is not working for me. In the end, I will return this item.
