The packaging is very good. From the moment I took the package out of the package, I was immediately impressed with the weight of each When installed, it appears to be very clean. When cold, the material can be cut with scissors or a utility knife. When warm/hot, the material can be rolled into place. Working in the garage in 50 degree weather (and below) I didn't need gloves at all. In the past, I have made a mold using cardboard, but later realized that you can make a mold out of paper just by taping a sheet against your desired location and drawing it out with a pencil. I do have one complaint, which is that the sheets are folded into three sections and it is rather difficult to get the creases out (I am not sure if it will be the same in the summer), but this is all I have to say. This product has been very satisfying for me.

The panels I measured measured 23 x 25 The dimensions are 3/8" x 16" The 14 sheets come out to 36 in one box, so one box of 14 sheets comes The area is 9 square feet. It's in feet. My 2002 F350 supercab floor would require 16 sheets to cover the area from the lower firewall to the back wall from the bottom of the foot area. I am pleased to see the vendor does not overstate the size. It adhered well and install was fairly simple, however it was time consuming if you paid close attention to details. My only method was to rub and press the sheets into place with a cloth towel. In my opinion, a roller does not seem to be a necessary tool, as it might not be as effective on automotive body curves, dips, and humps. The door will be completed and I will test the sound after the truck is on the road and the doors are installed. Overall, I've found this product to be a great product with a good price. Aside from the low price, I also noticed that there is no asphalt smell.

The only negative aspect is that it states it is 80 mil, but when you feel it, you can tell that it is much skimpier than the stated 80 mil. Compared to dynamat, the metal itself is a lot thinner. The product is pretty weak, and I would not have purchased it in the first place if I had known this. Though I have my doubts that it can hold its own against its competitors.

My Dodge Dakota pickup comes with an interior that I removed. Since it was out, I had the chance to install some sound deadeners. There is a lot of highway drone on the truck, and I was hoping to decrease it It is good to have this Siless sound deadener. It is easy to cut with a razor knife, it adheres well, and the foil backing is strong enough to form a bond with In that truck, 36 square feet were sufficient to paint everything inside the cabin, including the floor, the ceiling, the firewall, and the corners of the cab. Test driving the interior after it was returned to the vehicle revealed that it seemed quieter than before. The price of this product is very reasonable. It really deadens anything that makes a noise! I used it to insulate a cold air return in my HT/Music room and the HVAC guy thought it was amazing how So far, this is great work! The only thing I would suggest is wearing some type of gloves when cutting the material so you don't get cut by the Metal on the front of the product. Rolling the product will help if you are trying to achieve a smoother appearance.

I had no problem installing it. From outside sounds, I noticed that they became more muffled as soon as I turned on the machine. My vehicle is a large empty cargo van, so I use the interior soundproofing to reduce wind noise and insulate it. Within a couple of hours of installation, most outside noises were muffled by 50 to 60 percent. It is important to note that I only insulated the floor at this point. I think the sound would have been significantly reduced if I had A product like this would be a good choice for me again.
