I was unable to use this product. The best way to purchase this item is to go to a Toyota dealership with a repair department and purchase it for the same price; they will order exactly what you require.
B07RW7WZT1 is a good example.
It didn't fit, so no, it's not simple to put in. I went to the dealership and purchased the same item for $20, which I received in three days. When I used the dealer's part, it was very simple to install.

It fit perfectly in the back vent window of my 2002 Toyota Sienna.
Installing is a breeze. Everything went smoothly. It took me less than ten minutes to set up. To access the bolt for tightening, you'll need a Phillips screwdriver at a 90° angle.
My 2014 Toyota van's window was held open or shut by a screw and decorative nut that had fallen out. This part's nut and screw portion did not fit into the plastic assembly that was connected to the electric motor that I ordered. I ended up going to the dealer and ordering the part for the same price; I didn't have much money to lose, so it was more of a waste of time.
It was a perfect fit!.
Prior to ordering this, I was using a zip tie to hold my window together. This item is fantastic! It would have been nice if a carriage bolt could have fit into the square hole in the hinge, but it still works fine.
The only difference is that the Phillips screw head is smaller than the hex screw that came with the car originally. Because of their close proximity, both are difficult to tighten.
While this isn't the same as the one that fell out of my 2004 Sienna vent window, it does the job and allowed me to easily secure my window to the mechanism. It was fairly simple to install once I realized I could hold both ends from the back hatch.
