According to the description, the mounts for the Rotopax are not drilled. Purchase this product at your own risk.

This is an easy-to-install application. One week down, one to go The bracket I made for my rotopax cans was only 5/8" long and I taped a little silicone fusion tape to close the gap. We are glad you like it!.

This does not require the round bracket from Rotopax

Basically, there are no holes in the rotopax round mounting plate to allow it to attach to this mount, but you can mount the can holder to the mount directly and it will work.
