The first time I got it, I was very impressed. I was surprised at its thickness, as well as how quickly it arrived. I purchased this 89 Jeep Comanche, but I think the bends aren't appropriate. Based on the photo, we can clearly see how far the bends are from the It might be worth your while to use metal working skills to make it work and look decent, but you will have to work on it because there are some adjustments required. On the whole, I like it for the price. While it would be better if it fitted better, it's close enough to work with once carpet covers.
It appears to be bent and shaped sheet metal. What else can one expect? I replaced my rotted floor on my 1997 Jeep Cherokee xj with this part and it worked like new. Even with the rot my pan was in, the whole piece was needed, but for those who have rot that isn't bad enough, the size can be trimmed.
A bent metal piece in your back yard has no use on a farm vehicle, cost you to ship it, and it would cost a lot more to return. It's better to use a cookie-seam patch on your vehicle instead.
I installed it today, it didn't align absolutely with my 98, but it was close enough to work, and it was much easier than fabricating it myself.
This is a great.
This is a great repair for rusted floors.
This does not come with holes drilled for the seat, it covers more then I thought it would, and it is a great product.
