There is no difference between the advertised measurements and the actual ones, and it's their claim that is incorrect. To get the right one, I had to order twice
Before installing it, I did not measure the hole, however I would guess that it is 16 inches in diameter. I was able to fit a 16" spal fan. It appears to be the holes on the shroud that are pre-drilled as stated in the description, which are 18 inches on center. My radiator really fits nicely in this shroud, and it did not require too much modification.
I am not aware of any If you do not have one, you can drill your own to fit your radiator. There will need to be some serious trimming if this shroud is to fit, even though it says it is for a 24-inch screen I did not get an answer from the manufacturer when I contacted them about my radiator. Shipping was extremely slow, and I did not get a reply when I reached out to the manufacturer. The reason why I am writing a review without first contacting the manufacturer is that I do not consider this to be an official product. Be extremely cautious when installing this shroud especially if it will be placed against a custom radiator.
