To cover the chrome on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in a budget-friendly way, I looked for a product that would do the job for me. have used these for a while and they have worked so far. Tape is applied to the back of them to secure So far I am relieved they are holding. I was very worried they would not. Their car has been washed twice by automatic car wash machines and they are still there. To see the before and after picture, please refer to the attachment. Despite my best efforts, I still have some chrome showing on some edges. Only people who have been told what I used have pointed it out. I have had no problems so far during the summer heat over the past six weeks. There is no matte finish on the covers. The way they look is glossy and I wish they didn't, but at least they do remain on, which I think is the most important thing. It is possible to change the color of your door handles and mirrors to black without buying and installing new ones by changing the color of the handles and mirrors themselves. Throughout the week, I will inform you if there are problems.

My final decision was to return these. It would have worked with the side mirrors, but the handles were large and so untight that it just wasn't usable. We are still trying to hide chrome, and I can still see it.

The edges are not covered by the die. After I plastidipped and applied the caps, I then hot glued the caps down.

You can use these if you do not have chrome handles on your car. Almost all of the chrome is covered, but you can still see a small bit of it that isn't completely covered. The chrome handles on all 4 doors may not be noticeable with matte black handles or a dark shade, but it will appear when your car has matte black handles or a dark shade.

And it doesn't cover the chrome completely, there is still a bit that shows. There are some edges that are a little sharp on the plastic as well.

A new Jeep Grand Cherokee has been installed! It looks great, has a good fit, and the price is right! I gave it 5 stars the moment I saw it. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts! The price is definitely worth it.

My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited was easily riddled with chrome by using these methods. A polished edge would have been nice on the mirror covers, but this is the only complaint I have. It's not as pleasing to view as it is to cut them bluntly. Almost a month have passed since I applied these to my Jeep and I still have no issues with them staying stuck.
