This product does not fit models 645i,650i or M6 for model years 2004 onwards
As far as I am aware, with the deflector installed, the top is capable of being raised or lowered (at least on my 2007 650c) regardless of whether the deflector is mounted up or lateral. It is a really great deflector and it makes driving with the top down so much more enjoyable in terms of both conversations and wind noise or climate control (the hot or cold air stays inside the car much longer). While it is costly, it is well worth the investment.

The 4 side windows are up when the 650i Convertible is equipped with this, virtually no wind rises from the side. It is still possible to reduce the wind even with all windows open. My car has topped 100 mph (on a closed race circuit, Even if you have the rear window up, it doesn't seem to make much of a difference, and if you have tint it makes it harder to see through the mirror (especially with the mesh in black). There is a small gap in the back center of the top piece (where the screen mounts into the back seat mounting points) so a slight breeze can come in from between the front seat and the rear seat over the center column. This is only worth it if you want to enjoy a night out with your wife('s hair) or if you want to go for.
In the immediate aftermath of arriving at our hotel in Tucson, both my husband and I noticed the air quality around us and the way the air conditioner and heater were functioning.
