As a consumer, I was impressed by this item, even though it wasn't completely welded as shown in the picture. The seller also provided excellent service and ensured that I was satisfied with my purchase. If you're planning to purchase a roll bar, I recommend the Black Horse Atlas Roll Bar and the TRU Motorsports. My apologies Jorge, I did not get a chance to install it correctly. I did install it according to the instructions with three bolts on each side of the bed. However, it fell off my 2017 Toyota Tundra CrewMax today. In many cases, the installation of these tundras leaves very little room for bolting on maybe a 1/16" of metal. The metal in all 6 locations had a broken edge due to rough roads. The new installation has two holes drilled on the top of the metal plate so that it will last longer than the original. The item is solid, but the way it is installed to these Tundras is a major design flaw. In the following picture you can see where I drilled holes in order to install in a more solid spot.

As I was thinking about that, I thought that the tonneau brackets could be used with my Retrax My confusion was soon exasperated when I discovered that the tonneau brackets they advertise only fit tri-axle Models with a folding cover and "classic" model roll bars are still available. I became extremely upset when I contacted the seller regarding the implied misleading advertising on Amazon (or so it seems), and he gave me Matt's number (a representative of Black Horse). Lastly, I just want to say that the Blackhorse customer service is exceptional. It was a pleasure to work with Matt! Using his assistance, I was able to easily mod the Atlas model so that it would connect to my Retrax In addition, they sent me an extra bolt that had smashed threads (which I messed up) without asking me any questions. It's basically a bespoke piece that you will need some experience in craftsmanship if you get it. My bracket (to anchor on the inside of the bed) had a lip on the end, so I cut this off and drilled In addition to rivet nuts, I used rivets to affix the railing to the bed. As of today, I am driving my car at 75mph on the interstate, and the best part is I can still use the As soon as I figure out how to add pictures, or if there are any technical problems, I'll update. A new version of the update is available I have finally added my pictures.

Despite the relatively small surface area, the rack is able to fit a reasonable amount of equipment. I wish it bolted into the bed from the top, there's not a lot of metal on the side. The light bar mount is weak, very thin and flimsy, and bounces constantly the first weld we needed was to move the mounting points. It was a straightforward installation, although I must caution I did not torque anything until this is in place. There are also no tonneau brackets available, despite all the marketing claims on the page. The included brackets were cut and welded to the tonneau brackets, and it worked so that the rack could be Although the coating isn't bad, it could be better, the fit is good, and all the hardware is in place, but it doesn't look.

Being advertised as universal doesn't make sense. The product can only be used with full-size phones Trucks sized up to that, not Colorados or other midsize trucks It is possible to find large It was even supposed to fit my Colorado, according to the seller. Several boxes arrived in a bit of a state of disrepair Because I was only interested in returning to receive the right model for my Colorado, I was unable to determine whether the product had been damaged inside. I finally was able to mount the right one, and it does look good. Though I'm not sure where the third brake light should be plugged in. It's hard to give an answer to that question since the wires aren't long enough.

There is a lot to like about this roll bar. It appears, however, that the install is having problems. There is a gap in between the main arch and my bed which is several inches narrower than my 2013 Ram 1500's bed. It will be necessary to use some sort of spacer so that the wheels can Furthermore, one of the brackets for the carrier rack has holes that don't line up properly those holes will have to be reamed out
The carrier rack will still look good when completed, but there should have been a better way to install it.

The product does not fit after they shipped only half the order and took another 2 months to deliver. This is a horrible set of It is not compatible with the brackets that they offer. Special brackets were needed to customize it. You should stay away from it.

My order shipped out a little slow, but the seller caught that before I received it and notified me so that I knew ahead of time. My order was accidentally shipped in two boxes that should have arrived together and ended up being two months apart, but this is not a major issue. This basket is very well constructed, the assembly ended up being a lot easier because two people were involved. With my weight of 250 pounds, I was able to sit in the basket multiple times with no problems.
Looks good, and I can mount my light bars there as well.
