You'll need to take measurements of the sunroof opening on the car's roof. For a good fit, allow about a quarter of an inch beyond the outer edge. These are "universal," but you'll need to compare the dimensions to your measurements to get the best fit.

The correct size was delivered, but without any packaging, just loose in the box. It wasn't a big deal, except that the 3m tape's plastic had been removed and it was now stuck to the inside of the box. A slew of cardboard patches had stuck to the 3m tape when it was removed. I had some 3M tape on hand, so I replaced what was required. It is currently mounted on my vehicle and appears to be quite durable. We'll have to wait and see. For the headache and the lack of f's provided by whoever packaged this, I'm giving it a three-star rating. I'm sure the product is as described and hassle-free if purchased new, but here's a story about saving a few bucks.
I recently purchased a used car that already had a wind deflector installed, but it was broken (possibly due to limbs or automated car washes). I spent HOURS looking for the perfect wind deflector to match my current one, which has a raised up receding edge (which is essential for my car's airflow as well as its overall appearance). style). br>br>Eventually, I realized that my old one had the Auto Ventshade logo on it, as well as the number 77002, so I assumed it was the same one, which it was. I was relieved to see that the photos on this listing showed that it, too, had that raised up receding edge (away from the airflow) and looked identical, indicating that it was a perfect match. It was 45% more expensive and would take a week to arrive, but it was worth it (I thought) to ensure I had an exact match and the style I wanted. br>br>However, when my order arrived, it was NOT what I had expected. I ended up with a very simple curved design that lacked a raised trailing edge. While this alternate design may "technically" fit my car, it does not replace what I have, is not optimal for airflow on this car's design, and does not complement my car's appearance; On this vehicle, it'll look absurd. I'm very dissatisfied with the outcome. Worse, the picture on the packaging of the product I received looks exactly like the one on this Amazon listing, but it's not what I got. The shape of what is pictured and what they are shipping differs significantly. Because the model is the same, I'm guessing they changed the product design but didn't bother to update their POS packaging or marketing materials. But, as a result, it's a Buyer Beware situation: Although it may be a valid wind deflector design, you will not receive what is shown. The more common basic design will be delivered to you.
This was installed on a Subaru Impreza from the year 19 and it worked perfectly. When I first put the roof up, I noticed that it curved slightly and that one side wasn't sticking as well as the other. I put heavy weights on the deflector and left it in the garage for 24 hours; after removing the weights, one side of the deflector began to rise again within a few hours. I dabbed a dab of Gorilla Glue under the adhesive strip, pressed my weight against it again, and it has stayed put for over a month. Remember that because this is a UNIVERSAL fit product, slight curvatures in your roof profile will cause it to not adhere perfectly. But keep in mind that this is a relatively low-cost item, so you get what you pay for.
This 34. My 2012 GTI couldn't handle a 5" wide Windflector. So, after measuring the unit (77002) on the roof and comparing it to the actual sunroof opening after it arrived from Amazon/AutoVentShade, I returned it for an immediate no-questions-asked refund and exchanged it for the smaller 32" (77001) model, which fits my car perfectly and also has an upturned "euro" lip (unlike the 77002) that looks and functions really well on the car, preventing buffeting and reducing wind noise. Just make sure to read the instructions and install on a warm day (above 80 degrees). I wouldn't recommend using a drive-thru car wash with brushes. ) Great price for a great product! I LOVE Auto Ventshade and Amazon!.
I bought this for my crv because it has a safari rack that is quite noisy at highway speeds, as well as a lot of wind noise when the roof is open. I installed a vent cover and the noise was reduced by half. It's as simple as measuring, re-measuring, and sticking it. Tape is a great way to keep things together.
The product is of good quality for the price, and it was simple to install. The adhesive mounting tape appears to be holding up well. br>The shade has a specific curvature that may not exactly match your car's roof, as it did in my case. You can still flex it and tape it on, but I wouldn't recommend it because it may put too much tension on the adhesive tape and cause it to tear. br>I softened the deflector with a heat gun before conforming it to the curvature of the roof, which took about 10 minutes. br>WARNING: Heat guns can easily damage plastic; if you choose to do it this way, you do so at your own risk! br>br>What I didn't like about this product was the color, which was very dark and nearly opaque. It's almost black for all practical purposes, which is a shame. I would have given it five stars if it had been a little lighter and more transparent.
One of the edges was scratched. In and of itself, this is a good product. It is necessary to improve the packaging. When it arrived, the unit was in rough shape. Please improve your packaging as it was damaged and scratched on one side. Also, the tape was not 3MM, but 3M could easily be substituted.
Before purchasing, I contacted the manufacturer to obtain the item's exact dimensions. The manufacturer refused to provide me with the exact dimensions of the item's outside and inside lengths, but assured me that it would fit a 34" sunroof with one inch of space on each side. It didn't have the one-inch clearance, and it was a tight fit in terms of space. br>br>I purchased one used from Amazon, and it had a lot of scratches on it. I gave it back to you.
