Questions & Answers
I mean, I suppose. I suppose it depends on the paint because it's textured. Because the hardware is flimsy plastic screws, I went to Home Depot and purchased metal nuts, bolts, and washers for a few dollars to secure it.
It is not attached by a clip. It includes plastic screws, bolts, and other components. Although the lip itself is of excellent quality and fits perfectly, the screws that come with it are of poor quality. I bought metal nuts, bolts, and washers at Home Depot for $2. That gave me a better feeling of security.
I used the default settings for installation. That way, it looks great! Because it's made of textured black plastic, it's up to you.
It extends the entire length of the bumper and is extremely comfortable to wear.

In less than an hour, my friend and I were able to complete the installation. He paid twice as much for one from American Muscle. His was actually an inch too short on each side, bent up, and a lot more difficult to install. Overall, this one fits perfectly; however, the hardware is a waste of money (it's plastic), so spend the money you saved on this one instead of one from AM on better hardware for installation.
For quite some time, I had been looking for a chin spoiler for my 2010 F150 Harley Davidson, but alas, no one makes one for the Harley Davidson/Limited bumpers for the 2009-2010 model years. 2014 Ford F150 Multiple relief cuts had to be made where the chin spoiler curves to straighten it out enough to fit this bumper, which I had previously installed on several mustangs and crown vics. Small sections had to be removed as well in order for it to curve around the ends. I only had to trim 1" from both ends after it was installed. I also used some self-tapping screws to secure the chin spoiler. Overall, it achieves the look I was aiming for. It's understated and appears to have been installed at the factory.
It's a nice finishing touch, and unlike others, it reaches the fender.
The product arrived earlier than expected and in a very large box, which is great. There was not a single scratch, fold, bend, or other flaw in the product, and it didn't even need to be exposed to sunlight. The plastic fasteners don't work; I tried using them but it wasn't going to work, so I went to my local hardware store and bought grade 8 5/16x3/8 locknuts, bolts, and washers; they fit perfectly, and unlike most, the chin spoiler lines up with the fenders; overall, the product is a 10/10 and extremely high quality, especially for the price.
Great product that looks great on my 2004 GT, but the included plastic push connectors aren't up to par. Spend $4 on some metal screws at your local hardware store and screw the spoiler in. It'll be a lot safer this way.
It's nice because it goes all the way around, unlike American muscle, which is too short.
IF YOU COMPARE THE MK-II TO THE MK-II, YOU WILL FIND SPOILER: THIS ONE WAS RIGHT ON THE MONEY. GET A DRILL AND A SCREW DRIVER SOMETHING TO MARK DRILL HOLES FOR THE MOST PART OF TWENTY MINUTES. THE HARDWARE THAT THEY GIVE YOU SNAPS IT ON PERFECTLY.
It has a great look to it. It fits perfectly on my 2002 Mustang GT and performs admirably. The only drawback is the poor quality of the hardware that came with it. screws made of plastic, etc. SO, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you go to Home Depot and buy the same number of nuts, bolts, and washers and use those instead. It's a lot safer and easier to do this way. It'll only set you back a couple of dollars more.
