These rolled-up sheets of 1/8" thick high-density polyethylene plastic are ideal for a wide range of uses.

Air dams, body extensions, wheel wells, interior panels, and other parts of the vehicle are commonly made of this material.

The material thickness is 1/8" and the roll is 22" wide by 10 feet long.

With tin snips or a razor knife, it's simple to cut.

Red, white, Pepsi (light) blue, Chevron (dark) blue, yellow, or black are some of the colors available.

Questions & Answers

Is it possible to heat and mold this in the same way that ABS plastic is?

You could probably do it, but you'd need to heat it evenly and it's quite thick. br>Also, plan on laying it out in the sun to uncurl it (mine is still curled).

Excellent multi-tasking abilities plastic that has a specific function This was used to make a heat shield and an undertray for my intake

It was easy to score and snap it into shape, and mold it with a heat gun. Time will tell how well it withstands the heat, but it appears to be quite durable, so I'm confident it will be fine.

I made fenders for my SxS out of this plastic. It had a stiffness about it. I baked the roll for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees and it turned out perfectly.
