Rear view mirror visibility is significantly reduced by this product

Even though I am in the minority of reviews, I'm returning it after using it for one day. It is the vision in the rear view mirror that I am complaining about. As I first started driving with it installed, I thought I had set it to my night driving position by looking in my rear view mirror. As I switched back and forth between the two screens, I realized that it was the windscreen obstructing Wearing polarized sunglasses, you won't be able to tell if a car is coming at you from behind unless it has its headlights on. It was also interesting to see how many exaggerated claims were made about reduced noise and wind. When you opened up your side windows, I noticed a noticeable improvement. In my mind, it would extend the driving season, but I can't confirm that. I drive my 2003 Z4 with the windows down when it is summer, just like it is now. It is exceptionally easy to install, which is a plus. There were no clear Velcro fabric straps with mine, just the grey Velcro fabric straps that appear in My recommendation would definitely be for the screen to come in clear. Compared to the original color, the smoke tint looks rather dark to me.

I really like this! The mesh wind deflector I bought for my Z4 came from BWW

They are almost two times as expensive as this one and only work ten times Wind screens with mesh work much worse than screens with a solid surface. Rather than letting more wind in, it blocks it out. It worked like a charm! I was skeptical when I read the positive reviews,.

I asked for transparent straps and the seller sent them to me when I got back to him. I got the straps before the screen arrived (it was very Although you might not have wind problems with a Z4, I would still recommend purchasing this product if you have one. You don't feel like people are riding on your tail constantly because it gives you some privacy close to your car. There was very little shaking during set up, it was not even an issue. You should buy it if you are on the fence. If I had to choose between this and mesh, I would choose this hands down. A perfect score.

Simple design of the straps made them perfect for their purpose. The order would have been improved by receiving a few more vibration "dots". The four provided might not be enough to stop the vibrations and noise, so you still have to add more.
