Yes, I believe this will work.
Yes, there is a 15% reduction pulley. I'm not sure about 2017, but I have my doubts.

If your super charger pulley is reduced, you must use a smaller belt. I had to learn my lesson the hard way.
Couple of years ago I had Randy Webb do the 15% reduction in one of the "pulley parties", good old days ago I had Randy Webb br>Last year, around 80K miles, I replaced a new belt using the standard fitting guide without giving it much thought. br>As the mileage approached 110K, I noticed the engine began to shake, which became more noticeable in reverse gear. br>One day, while driving down a local road, the battery light suddenly came on, which was strange because the battery had just been replaced a few months before. The air conditioner was not working, and there was a power outage. br>Hmmm, I pulled over and opened the hood, only to discover that the belt was not spinning! br>When I looked at the engine, I noticed that the harmonic balancer was not spinning. br>So I turned off the engine and tried to rotate the balancer by hand, only to discover that it had broken into two pieces, indicating that the engine wasn't actually driving the belt!br>It's a well-known fact that factory balancers have some design/material issues, and it's about time. br>So I bit the bullet and ordered the popular "Super Damper" balancer, which has received rave reviews. br>However, the trembling persisted; what the hell! When I examined the belt more closely, I noticed that the section between the balancer and the air conditioner was bouncing a lot. Due to the reduced super charger pulley, a light bulb went out, and the OEM belt became loose. I shouldn't have followed the official fitting guide. br>br>Just installed the new belt; because it's shorter, I had to pull the tensioner harder from the first hole to the second hole; otherwise, the shorter belt would not be able to be mounted; keep this in mind if you have trouble with tight belts. br>br>The shaking was finally gone with the new belt.
I did a 15 supercharger pulley reduction on my 2006 Mini Cooper S and this is the size belt that it% I had heard good things about Gates, so I chose this product, which was of good quality and fit perfectly. It fit perfectly, and the material felt just like any good serpentine belt should. There didn't appear to be any flaws, so I'd recommend it if you're planning on making the same modification I did. I know a lot of people are looking for the right belt size for this mod, and I can assure you that this is it. In terms of durability, as I previously stated, it appears to be long-lasting, but if anything changes (it breaks, wears out prematurely, or stretches), I will be sure to update my review.
It fit my 04 mini S with 15% reduction pulley on the super charger with a 15% reduction pulley on the super charger with a 15% reduction pulley on the super charger Having said that, it received an A+. a hole to fit into It was almost too short, but it's on now and running smoothly.
The other, oddly enough, worked flawlessly.
R53, 06, 04, 06, 06, 06, 06, 06, 06, 07 R52) with upgraded pulleys. This belt has been used on both my 05 LY/W R53 with a supercharger pulley upgrade (15% smaller) and my 04 CR/W MC40 with supercharger pulley upgrade (15% as well) and It's an excellent match for both of them. Obviously, the larger crank pulley is a little tighter, but it won't slip.
Bought for my 06 R53 mini while moving to a 15% reduction pulley while moving to a 15% reduction pulley while moving to a 15% reduction% It fits perfectly, went on without a hitch, and is of excellent quality.
It's a great product that I like.
I don't usually purchase gates belts, but I needed one for an aftermarket application and it worked perfectly.
