One mow resulted in the pieces coming apart

In the past, I've replaced OEM belts twice for a total of three years. One mowing of the same yard was enough to use it once. The second time I mowed it worked for maybe five minutes, then I stopped the mower to talk to my daughter, and when I re-started it, the same thing happened. Under the deck, something sounded like it was whipping around when the blades were engaged. The reinforcement cord on the belt dislodged from the belt. It caught up in a pulley, so I had to unwind it from around the pulley drive and cut it loose from the belt. It may have been more than one cord Now that the belt is too loose, it will slide under normal grass loads. The weather forecast for tomorrow is for rain In that case, I either have to buy an OEM belt from Lowe's for $60 or I have to gamble on another one of these and have deep grass I don't enjoy cutting. The belt was rated so high on Amazon and I am very disappointed with it.

Purchase made with good intentions

I bought this for my Craftsman zero turn and it works well as of now. Other belts I looked at at other websites were far more expensive. This was by far the best deal. As far as the quality is concerned, it seems to be quite good. After using it for about an hour per week for a couple of months, the belt has shown next to no wear. I will definitely purchase this belt.

These belts will come in handy in the event that my Husqvarna mowers' original belts In five years, the original belts will be five years old, and the new ones will receive five stars if they last the same amount of time. This was a very good price.
