There's a problem with the breather cover, because pipes on it are too tight

There is no way to stretch the pipe on the breather cover and manifold plate without stretching the pipe on the pipe. I found that the aluminum hose always tears when I try to attach it to the pipes, however based on the only other sizes available for my truck, this is the right hose to use.

The specifications of the Dorman Preheater Hose indicate that it has a diameter of 2 1/2 inches. A hose with a diameter of 1 1/2 inches will not work. The specifications state a diameter that is 1 inch smaller than the actual diameter. No way will I be able to handle a 1 1/2 As a result of the incorrect specifications, I order the item.
