There are 15 cm of length in total. In my Grand Caravan 3, it would not fit. This is a V6 LE that is too short and not parallel.
It lies just beneath the thermostat housing, in the little short hose that runs from the rear of the water pump to the intake manifold. Overlooking it is an easy mistake to make. ALL the hoses in my car have recently been replaced. The radiator hoses (upper and lower) as well as the heater hoses and this tiny bypass hose were all included in the repair. If you want to perform a thorough job, I suggest you do the same, and relax. Make sure you also take care of your thermostat. It is important to take out the coolant hoses each time you replace one, because they don't last forever (can stick). You are welcome to stay as long as you are in the room. Due to the fact that it was made in the USA and that it was free shipping, it's half the price I'd have paid at a major parts store, like Due to the purchase of a similar product at my local pars store-I now realize- I really appreciate the speed of delivery!.

For bypassing air conditioners, good quality hoses are needed. Heater (engine to pipe) kit is or can be trimmed for this.
It looked a little off from my 4 point view. This engine is a 3l Chevy, but it works just.
I feel right at home here.
