The factory manufactures the 20 gallon plastic tanks used in YJs, as well as the 15 gallon steel tanks. end has an ID of 1" and an OD of 1 3/8" the large end has an ID of 1". The ID is 25' and the width is 1". The diameter of the fitting is 5"
The information I need for this can't be found at the moment, it will have to be checked soon. The tank is specifically designed for 20 gal plastic fuel tanks used on some 87-gallon trucks I own a 1995 Jeep

This vent hose and fuel filler hose are the perfect fit to replace OEM parts. Included in the price are old clamps only.
Despite not knowing what sheerness is, the part I received was the same as the original, and delivery was prompt.
I was able to mount it on my YJ gas tank. There are still parts being made for these cars today, which is great. It is a good idea to get one of these, as well as the vent hose, if you plan on dropping your tank. The factory ones were too dry. It would be rotten if it was pushed back over the tank lip.
I am working on repairing the gas leak from my 1991 Yamaha.
